RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At ZIOSA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below to understand your options.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all original tags attached
    • Returned in original packaging

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ziosa.in within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product.
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide self-shipping instructions.

3. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for serviceable pin codes.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by ZIOSA.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share clear unboxing photos or videos for verification.
  • Such cases are eligible for a free replacement or full refund, subject to verification.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
  • After refund initiation, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

  • A one-time exchange is allowed per order, subject to product availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per policy.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

8. Important Notes

  • Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond ZIOSA’s control and do not qualify for refunds.
  • Returns or exchanges requested outside the specified timelines will not be accepted.
  • ZIOSA reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges in cases of excessive, suspicious, or abusive return behaviour.
